Performance-driven Paid Social Media Specialist for an award-winning growth team

🎯 Your role at Cheffelo
As Paid Social Media Specialist, you are our subject-matter expert on paid visibility in social media – across channels such as Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest and more. You own the full process from strategy and planning to buying, activation, optimisation, analysis and reporting, with a clear focus on performance marketing and customer acquisition. In this role, you ensure strong visibility for Cheffelo’s brands, adapt content and messaging to each platform and audience, and work closely with Growth, Analytics, Brand and external agency partners to create impactful campaigns throughout the entire customer journey. Together with the Analytics team, you will work with A/B testing, brand and geo lift studies and marketing mix modelling to continuously improve our paid social investments.
🔑 Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement Cheffelo’s paid social strategy together with the Channel Lead across the Nordic markets, and plan, buy, activate, optimise and continuously report on full-funnel activities on platforms such as Meta, Snapchat, TikTok and Pinterest.
Ensure that creative assets and messaging are tailored to each platform, with effective audience and segment use, and lead and optimise full-funnel paid social campaigns using self-service and third-party tools (such as Smartly and Hunch) to deliver on ambitious customer growth and profitability targets.
Drive A/B testing, brand and geo lift studies and contribute to marketing mix modelling together with the Growth and Analytics teams, while continuously exploring and adopting new trends, formats and solutions within paid social to keep Cheffelo at the forefront.
🧠 Who are you?
3–5 years of experience in social media marketing (paid and preferably some organic), from agency or brand side.
Higher education in marketing, communications or equivalent.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with paid social from a performance marketing perspective, preferably within subscription services or e-commerce.
Data-driven and analytical, comfortable designing, running and optimising campaigns based on KPIs such as CPA, ROAS and conversion rate.
Experience with self-service platforms and third-party tools such as Smartly and Hunch.
A strong team player with solid collaboration skills and clear communication, fluent in English (a Scandinavian language is an advantage).
Structured, detail-oriented and accountable – and comfortable challenging established ways of working.
Curious, ambitious and motivated by delivering visible, measurable results.

🎯 Your role at Cheffelo
As Digital Media Specialist, you are our subject-matter expert on display, online video and affiliate. You play a key role in planning, setting up, activating, and optimising digital campaigns, using data and insight to ensure we reach the right audience with the right message throughout the customer journey. Together with the Head of Media, Channel Lead and the Growth team, you work both operationally and strategically to strengthen our brands and support our ambitious growth goals, including through better use of first-party data.
🔑 Key responsibilities
Develop and implement Cheffelo’s media strategy across display, video and affiliate together with the Head of Media and Channel Lead, and ensure optimal planning, buying, ongoing optimisation and reporting of digital media activities in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
Analyse campaigns and evaluate results against marketing objectives and KPIs across the full media funnel, translate insights into concrete improvements, and contribute to high operational quality through robust processes, structure and routines for media management.
Collaborate with the Brand team to ensure creatives and messaging are tailored to each channel and make the most of channel-specific opportunities, and support the development and execution of A/B tests, lift studies and incrementality testing together with the Channel Lead, performance specialists and the Analytics team.
Explore new opportunities, formats and innovations within digital media that strengthen our mental and digital availability towards both new and existing customers, and work closely with the Growth and Analytics teams to improve our media investments through data-driven analysis, geo-lift studies and marketing mix modelling.
🧠 Who are you?
3–5 years of experience within media, marketing or communications – from agency, media owner or brand side.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications or related fields.
Experience with subscription-based businesses and/or the Nordic market is an advantage.
Familiarity with DSPs such as DV360, Adform or The Trade Desk, as well as digital buying platforms like Smartly.
Strong collaboration skills and clear communication – both written and spoken in English (a Scandinavian language is a plus).
Analytical and detail-oriented, with a high sense of ownership, execution power and structure.
Curious, ambitious and motivated by testing, learning and developing your expertise in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 Your role at Cheffelo
As Search Specialist, you’ll take on a key role in the Growth Team, working closely with the Head of Media, Channel Lead, and the rest of the team to develop and execute effective campaigns for Cheffelo’s brands. You’ll be our expert across the search ecosystem—Google, Bing, AI Search, and other platforms—and have primary responsibility for strategic planning, setup, activation, optimization, analysis, and reporting of paid search campaigns. You’ll also take an active part in developing Cheffelo’s digital visibility together with SEO and website experts, and contribute to dynamic optimization and ongoing updates of digital processes.
🔑 Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement paid search strategies in collaboration with the Channel Lead

Som CRM-specialist får du ansvar för att driva och genomföra lojalitetsinitiativ och aktiviteter som stärker kundlojaliteten hos Cheffelo.
