🎯 Your role at Cheffelo

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be a key player in building the digital customer experiences behind our brands – Linas Matkasse, RetNemt and Godtlevert. You'll work in a cross-functional product team with a modern tech stack and a shared monorepo connecting several Next.js applications. You'll have the opportunity to shape the architecture, build robust shared component libraries, and develop solutions that thousands of customers use every day – while keeping the codebase clean, user-friendly and maintainable.

🧠 Who are you?

You are an experienced frontend engineer who enjoys working in complex systems with high traffic and modern tools. You care deeply about your craft, understand the value of stable solutions and enjoy balancing pragmatism and perfection. You take ownership, share knowledge, and like working with other skilled people who care about both product and code. You have solid experience with React and TypeScript, and you know Next.js well (Pages Router and/or App Router). You've preferably worked in a larger monorepo environment, are comfortable with GraphQL and REST APIs, and write code with performance, accessibility and test coverage in mind.

It's a plus if you also have:

• Experience from e-commerce or subscription-based products

• Familiarity with Sanity or similar CMS solutions

• Knowledge of Tailwind CSS

• Experience with Flutter or mobile/app development

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor)

• AB-testing and customer acquisition

Rollen kombinerar tydliga rutiner med utrymme att utveckla nya. Du har det övergripande ansvaret för leverantörsreskontran samtidigt som du bidrar brett i redovisningen för våra nordiska bolag.

Leverantörsreskontra

• Utskick och slutgodkännande av leverantörsfakturor

• Ansvar för och löpande uppdatering av leverantörsregistret

• Framtagande, uppdatering och kvalitetssäkring av manualer och rutiner kopplade till leverantörsfakturor och leverantörsreskontran

Redovisning och bokslut i våra nordiska bolag

• Löpande redovisning, till exempel kontering, avstämningar och periodiseringar

• Medverkan i månads-, kvartals- och årsbokslut, inklusive avstämningar och underlag till rapportering

• Säkerställa att redovisningen följer både lokala regelverk och interna riktlinjer

Övrigt i rollen

• Hantering av representation enligt gällande regelverk

• Administration och uppföljning av avtal i ShareControl

• Andra förekommande uppgifter inom ekonomiavdelningen

Du är trygg i redovisningens hantverk och trivs när rutinerna sitter och siffrorna stämmer på öret. Samtidigt har du blicken för helheten – du ser var processerna kan bli bättre och tar gärna initiativ till förbättringar. • Har några års erfarenhet av arbete inom ekonomi eller redovisning

🎯As a Data Scientist

Every box we ship is the result of thousands of decisions: what to cook, who to recommend it to, how to price it, and how we show it to them, and data sits at the heart of every one of them. 

You will help us build and ship the models, products and experiments that shape how Cheffelo works. You'll be embedded in a cross-functional product team alongside engineers, designers and product managers, while also being part of a wider, supportive data discipline where you'll grow and learn from talented peers.

With us, you will:

• Build, ship and own predictive models and optimisation algorithms like recipe recommendations, churn prediction, demand forecasting, and operational optimisation, that directly shape the product our customers experience.
• Own the lifecycle of your models end to end, from first prototype through deployment, monitoring and iteration, including the pipelines, tooling and monitoring that keep them healthy in production.
• Design and analyse A/B tests and experiments end to end: hypothesis, analysis, results, and recommendation.
• Partner with the rest of the data discipline to help shape and develop the infrastructure we all rely on day to day.
• Contribute to the craft of the wider data discipline through code reviews, knowledge shares, and raising the bar together.

🧠 What we're looking for

• 0 to 2 years of hands-on experience in data science or a closely related field. Internships, thesis work and strong side projects absolutely count.
• Comfortable with Python and SQL.
• Knowledge or experience of modern data tooling (dbt, pipelines, warehouses like Databricks/Snowflake/BigQuery, and git based version control).
• Solid grounding in statistics and ML fundamentals. You can explain why your model is making the predictions it does, not just what it does.
• Excited to work close to production, whether you've shipped pipelines and monitored live models before, or you're ready to learn.
• Used to working with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
• A product mindset: you care about the user and the business outcome, not just model accuracy.
• Clear communicator in English, you're able to explain a complex result to a PM or designer without losing the nuance.
• Curious, motivated and eager to learn.
