To support our continued growth, we’re investing in creating even more relevant and personalised customer acquisition activities. That’s why we’re hiring a Head of 1:1 Growth – a new strategic role focused on how we identify, activate and re-activate customers across direct touchpoints such as E-mail, SMS & App.

You’ll take real ownership of this space, working closely with a skilled in-house team to develop our approach to marketing automation, customer data and direct sales. This is a rare opportunity to shape a key growth area from within – driving measurable results and long-term customer impact.

🎯 What you’ll do

  • Own the 1:1 customer acquisition growth strategy across customer-facing channels – from email and app to SMS and telemarketing.
  • Lead and coach a team of marketing automation and direct sales specialists, building a centre of excellence around customer acquisition personalisation and lifecycle marketing.
  • Design and execute personalised campaigns across the customer journey – specifically accountable for driving acquisition and reactivation.
  • Leverage data, insights and predictive models to power segmentation, targeting and optimisation.
  • Work cross-functionally with Growth, Brand, Analytics, Product and Tech to align efforts and share knowledge.
  • Build the tools and infrastructure to test, measure, and scale what works – across brands and markets.

🧠 Who you are

  • You bring 5–7+ years of experience in CRM, marketing automation or customer analytics, ideally in a DTC or subscription-based business.
  • You’ve led teams and know how to scale both talent and technology.
  • You have hands-on experience with CDPs and platforms like Braze, SFMC, Adobe, Bloomreach or Voyado.
  • You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach – you’re not afraid to dive into the data or the tools.
  • You’re commercially minded, outcome-focused and thrive in an environment where speed and ownership matter.
  • You communicate clearly, collaborate across teams, and bring others with you on the journey.
  • You’re fluent in English – a Scandinavian language is a plus.
