Are you a data-driven leader with a passion for experimentation, performance insights and digital growth? At Cheffelo, we’re hiring a Head of Growth Analytics & Optimization to take the lead on how we analyse, iterate and scale what works – across our brands and markets.

To support our continued growth, we’re investing in smarter, data-led decision-making across our digital channels. That’s why we’re hiring a Head of Growth Analytics & Optimization – a new strategic leadership role focused on driving performance across CRO, SEO and marketing effectiveness.

You’ll play a key role in shaping and leading our Growth Analytics & Optimization team – building on a solid starting point and setting the direction for a high-impact, data-first setup.

You’ll be part of a high-performing Growth team led by our CGO and working closely with Tech, Brand, Marketing Automation and Performance. You’ll step into a central role – with the opportunity to build, lead and develop a modern, tech-driven centre of excellence for growth analytics and optimisation.

🎯 What you’ll do

• Lead and develop Cheffelo’s strategy for Growth Analytics, CRO and SEO – from roadmap to execution
• Own the performance analytics setup, including experimentation frameworks, dashboards and growth KPIs
• Optimize our high-traffic websites and apps through A/B testing, data-led UX insights and behavioral tracking
• Drive our SEO practice across brands and markets – including content, structure and performance tools
• Act as a key data partner for Tech, Brand and Media – aligning experimentation and insights with business goals
• Use tools like GA4, Mixpanel, Contentsquare, BigQuery and A/B testing platforms to evaluate and scale what works
• Help shape the Growth Analytics function – and play a key role in building and mentoring a strong in-house team

🧠 Who you are

• You bring 5–7+ years of experience in growth analytics, CRO, SEO or customer performance roles
• You’re fluent in working with tools like GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Contentsquare, Mixpanel or similar
• You have experience with A/B testing, experimentation methodology and performance tracking
• You’re hands-on in SQL (BigQuery or similar) and comfortable turning raw data into decisions
• You have a sharp analytical mindset and a pragmatic, test-and-learn approach to growth
• You’re structured, proactive, and thrive on taking ownership of strategy and execution
• You communicate clearly and collaborate across functions – from engineers to marketers
• You’re fluent in English – a Scandinavian language is a plus
