In this temporary project role, you will be a key player in our Finland launch – at the centre of how we deliver, follow up and continuously improve the customer experience from warehouse to doorstep in the Finnish market.

🎯 Your role at Cheffelo
In this role, you have the operational responsibility for ensuring that customers in Finland receive high‑quality deliveries every single week. You closely follow up the last mile: handling logistics inquiries and deviations, securing quick resolution and using insights from KPIs, delivery quality and customer feedback to improve the flow. You manage the dialogue with external carriers, follow up on KPIs and performance, and ensure correct transfer of delivery data between our systems and the last‑mile platform. In parallel, you run and improve the day‑to‑day operational routines for the Finnish market, from planning through follow‑up, and spend 1–2 days per week in operational customer service to resolve cases and feed learnings back into operations. The role is new in the organisation and formally part of the Operation support team, but you work independently across Operations, Production, Customer Service, Tech, Growth, Customer Relations and Product Management to support the Finland launch and secure a seamless customer journey.

đź§  Who are you?

  • Excellent communication skills: fluent/native Finnish and strong written and spoken English and Swedish.

  • Education in supply chain/logistics or equivalent relevant experience, and a genuine interest in logistics and operational processes.

  • An analytical and structured way of working; you enjoy working with KPIs, deviations and process improvement, while being detail‑oriented and quality‑driven.

  • High flexibility and agility; you are comfortable with change and ambiguity and able to handle several parallel tasks without losing overview.

  • Strong team spirit and self‑drive – you take ownership, follow tasks through to completion, thrive with operational responsibility and are confident using IT systems and new tools.
