What’s your role at Cheffelo?
As our Nordic Marketing & Insight Lead, I’m responsible for marketing insights and influencer marketing. I’m also the project lead in our chef collaborations.
How did you end up in Cheffelo?
I got a call from a former manager of mine who, at that time, was heading up the marketing department at Cheffelo. She was in need of a senior project lead to help out with several projects at Linas. At the time of the call, I was on parental leave and had a lot of time to evaluate my current situation. Luckily for me, I decided to get on board at Linas and I haven’t regretted it ever since!
Can you describe a typical working day from start to finish?
This is a great question, as the simple answer is that my days are never the same. This job and company are full of opportunities and interesting challenges.
What is the best thing about working at Cheffelo?
Working with food, sustainability and increased quality of life with like-minded individuals makes Cheffelo a great place to be! I love being able to share my passion with my colleagues every day.
What are your thoughts on the company culture? What makes us unique?
We have a very open and welcoming culture. However, what makes it unique is probably the passion for the product - we all really like what we work with and that can be felt in the atmosphere.
How would you describe a typical Cheffelo employee?
An open-minded person with a passion for food who is never afraid of helping colleagues regardless of whether or not it’s within their job description.
How do your personal values align with those of the company?
I have always believed in eating food that is good for you, and now more than ever me and my family focus as much as we can on living sustainably. Also, we have the saying ‘Better Together’ here at Cheffelo. I am a firm believer in that.
