Meet Pavel, our Product Technician in our production department in Denmark. Before moving to Denmark in 2019, he worked as a technician with computer equipment and networks for six years in Romania. In 2020, Pavel started as a production worker in the company and one year later, in 2021, he stepped into his current role as a technician for our production facility in Denmark.
What’s your role, and how did you end up at Cheffelo?
As a production technician, my role is to maintain the production line, production machines and equipment, debug and identify problems in the process and work to provide a solution.
I’ve been working in this company since 2020 as a production worker, and in 2021 I was offered the position as our Danish technician leader in our production.
Can you describe what a typical working day looks like in your role?
During a typical working day, one of the biggest tasks is checking all the equipment before starting production and ensuring everything is working correctly.
What is the best thing about working at Cheffelo?
Challenges. Working as a technician allows you to evaluate problems and create solutions. You’re able to solve real problems and make an impact on the company’s production, but most important is the ability to work in a team, to be creative and get the opportunity to gain transferable skills.
What do you like to do outside of work?
During my spare time, I go to language school. I’m looking forward to learning and communicating better with my colleagues in the Danish language. It’s also a great way to socialize and stay motivated, but also to encourage and motivate myself. I have planned to succeed in the nearest future “at tale dansk”.
